WEAVING PROCESS FOR STRETCH WARP KNITTED FABRIC HAVING VISIBLE MIDDLE FORMATION

A weaving process for a stretch warp knitted fabric having a visible middle formation. A jacquard warp knitting machine having double needle beds is used for weaving, wherein the front needle bed or the rear needle bed weaves using any one of or the combination of polyester and nylon. A jacquard guide bar moves back and forth between the front needle bed and the rear needle bed to form a middle layer jacquard pattern. The color of the yarn used for the middle layer jacquard pattern is different from the colors of the yarns used on the front and rear needle beds. Since the color of the yarn used for the middle layer jacquard pattern is different from the colors of the yarns used on the front and rear needle beds, the shape and style of the middle layer jacquard pattern can be seen through the surface layer or the bottom layer respectively formed by the front needle bed or the rear needle bed. The two stretch yarns, i.e., polyester and nylon, are used, so that the bottom layer or the surface layer of the fabric can be pulled apart to further view the shape and style of the jacquard pattern.
