SHEAR WAVE ELASTICITY IMAGING METHOD AND ULTRASONIC IMAGING DEVICE

Disclosed are a shear wave elasticity imaging method and an ultrasound imaging device, which provide parameters or images related to tissue motion while providing parameters or images related to tissue elasticity, so that a user can obtain a more accurate elasticity result. The method comprises: generating a shear wave in a target area of an object to be tested; transmitting a first ultrasonic wave to the target area and receiving first echo data; determining an elasticity parameter of the target area according to the first echo data; acquiring a motion parameter of the target area; and displaying the elasticity parameter and the motion parameter.
