According to one embodiment of the present invention, the building control method based on load prediction linked with a building energy efficiency rating comprises the steps of: (s10) performing building load calculation; (s20) making the calculated building load coincide with heat quantity supplied by a building energy management system; and (s30) setting the heat quantity (H) supplied by the building energy management system to be smaller than a prediction required amount (R) calculated in an authorized building energy efficiency rating evaluation program in which the heat quantity (H) is supplied by the building energy management system.
