The present invention relates to a constructing method of a scenery road using an eco-environmental complex hybrid binder and, more specifically, relates to a constructing method of a scenery road, which is conveniently constructed, is eco-environmental, and has great durability as a stored light particle and a glass bead are mixed in the eco-environmental complex hybrid binder to be bonded to a road with non-prescribed design without additional pre-construction. According to the present invention, the constructing method of a scenery road can reduce construction costs compared to a conventional embedded type construction method by mounting a stored light particle on a road with a simple bonding and coating method, and can contribute to improve the urban environment with characteristics that are not harmful to a human body by using an eco-environmental material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
