The present invention relates to a constant temperature and constant humidity test chamber comprising: a body to form a reception space therein; a cooling unit to supply cold air; a heating unit to supply hot air; a humidifier to supply steam into a chamber; a blowing unit to circulate inner air; a gauze container to maintain the humidity inside the chamber; and a control unit to manage such configuration. According to the present invention, the gauze container installed in the reception space of the body comprises: a vertical fixed plate fixed to the body; an outer case fixing one end to the vertical fixed plate, having an opened upper part, and having a case mounting space formed therein; and an inner case disposed in the case mounting space of the outer case, fixing one end to the vertical fixed plate, having an opened upper part, and having a water storage space formed therein to store water supplied through a water supply line. A humidity sensor including a sensing bulb to detect the humidity inside the chamber is horizontally mounted on the upper part of the vertical fixed plate, and a gauze, which absorbs the water while supporting an upper part to the humidity sensor and supporting a lower part to the inner case, is installed between the humidity sensor and the inner case. Accordingly, the inner and outer cases are mounted to the vertically fixed plate forming the gauze container at an interval, thereby providing effects of not only preventing damage to a specimen caused by dropping a water drop, which is dewed by a temperature difference between the temperature of the water stored in the gauze container and the reception space of the body, but also stably discharging the water drop dewed by the steam formed under the gauze container without damaging the specimen.
