A system for managing emergency patients is provided. The system includes: an emergency patient management server for determining whether an emergency patient occurs and managing state information on the emergency patient; a state information generating device for generating state information on the emergency patient and transmitting the generated state information to the emergency patient management server, wherein the state information generating device comprises a medical device located adjacent to the emergency patient and the terminal of a paramedic rescuing the emergency patient; a hospital medical staff device for receiving information on the patient from the emergency patient management server and displaying the received information; and a life tag device worn by the patient to identify the patient. It is possible to transmit the identification information of the emergency patient obtained from the life tag device to the emergency patient server and to allow the terminal of the paramedic to receive the health information of the emergency patient in response to the identification information being transmitted. It is possible to effectively manage information on the emergency patient.
