The present invention relates to a method for paying for an IoT device which comprises the steps of: (a) checking, by a payment support server, whether a billing transaction is valid when the billing transaction referring to payment subject information received from an IoT device is obtained from a service providing terminal in response to a payment subject information request of the service providing terminal; (b) supporting, by the payment support server, to obtain identification information of an electronic wallet of a user corresponding to identification information of the IoT device included in the billing transaction from a block chain database or to enable other devices connected to the payment support server to obtain the identification information of the electronic wallet of the user from the block chain database by referring to link information if the billing transaction is valid; and (c) supporting to pay for a billing history or to enable the other devices to pay for the billing history, supporting to register a payment result including a payment history corresponding to the billing history in the block chain database or to enable the other devices to register the payment result in the block chain database, managing a payment result block chain transaction ID, and supporting to transmit the payment result to at least one among the service providing terminal, the IoT device, and the electronic wallet of the user or to enable the other devices to transmit the payment result to the at least one among the service providing terminal, the IoT device, and the electronic wallet of the user by the payment support server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
