The present invention relates to a library screening technique in a gene form. A method for isolation retrieval, analysis and recovery of a cell and a cell product using a microstructure can be preferably applied to an antibody engineering field for antibody drug development and can be extensively applied to genomic/phenotypic complex analysis fields of various biochemical molecules such as protein engineering and metabolic engineering.
