The present invention relates to an integral abutment that can be usefully applied to an earth-and-sand separation type integral abutment bridge and so on and a method for constructing the integral abutment. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel integral abutment having an integral configuration of a concrete abutment structure and an H-pile using a support plate and a precast deck plate-rebar joint and a method for building the same. An integral abutment (100) includes a plurality of H-piles (1) embedded in the ground and an abutment structure (4) built in a state of being integrated with the head portion of the H-pile (1) by field pouring concrete such that the head portion of the H-pile (1) is embedded. The abutment structure (4) is built by means of the field pouring concrete by using the precast deck plate-rebar joint (3) and the support plate (2). Accordingly, separation between the abutment structure (4) and the ground surface is ensured, ground disturbance is prevented by suppression of load transmission to the surface through the ground surface, and local destruction and so on can be effectively prevented by suppression of stress concentration during load transmission to the H-pile (1).
