The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating urinary stones, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the composition for preventing or treating urinary stones containing a 16-acetyl-9,17-octadecadiene-12,14-diynoic acid compound or an ester derivative thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is capable of inhibiting crystallization of uric acid and suppressing production of urinary stones in the urinary tract.
