The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pre-reduced chrome ore and a pre-reduced chrome ore. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a pre-reduced chrome ore comprises the following steps of: mixing the chrome ore with a reducing agent and a binder; obtaining a molded object by molding a mixed mixture; drying the molded object; and obtaining a pre-reduced chrome ore by heating the molded object at a temperature of 1200 to 1400°C.
