The present invention relates to a titer measurement method for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). More specifically, provided is a titer measurement method for RSV, comprising the following steps: (a) infecting cells with RSV; (b) reacting the cells infected by the RSV with an anti-RSV primary antibody; (c) reacting a secondary antibody bound to a labeled enzyme; (d) inducing color development by reacting a substrate of the labeled enzyme; and (e) quantifying the number of colored plaques.
