There are no methods for reducing effects on global warming, explosiveness, energy balance and the like due to dissolved methane contained in anaerobic tank treated water. Therefore, the present invention discloses a process using a process using biological approach and a process using a physical approach method to solve the problems, which are used as an anaerobic reaction tank latter part processes, wherein the method of the present invention comprises the following steps: precipitating solids contained in wastewater (step 1); decomposing organic matters contained in the wastewater having undergone the step 1 into methane and carbon dioxide using an anaerobic microorganism (step 2); recovering the dissolved methane contained in the treated water after the step 2 (step 3).
