Provided are a method for producing a graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite and a graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite prepared thereby. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for producing the graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite comprises the following steps: dispersing graphene and tin oxide in an organic solvent to prepare a dispersion solution; drying the dispersion solution to obtain a mixture in a powder form; and irradiating the mixture with a microwave to obtain the graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite.
