The present invention relates to a complex waterproof structure for a rooftop of a building and a construction method thereof, wherein after waterproof sheets manufactured by being standardized with a predetermined size on a waterproof film layer constructed on an upper surface of a rooftop of a building are spaced from each other in a predetermined distance to be attached to be adjacent with a butt joint method, a sealing film layer is fixedly embedded in the T-shape between the adjacent attached waterproof sheets to effectively perform waterproofing between the adjacent attached waterproof sheets, and the structure is conveniently constructed.
