The present invention relates to a vehicle with an emergency escape chair and an emergency escape chair applied to the vehicle, which can be automatically escaped in an emergency, thereby protecting a passenger. The vehicle with an emergency escape chair according to the present invention includes: an emergency opening/closing electric sunroof which is opened/closed on a ceiling of a vehicle body and has an emergency operation module independently operated in an emergency; an emergency escape chair detachably provided in the vehicle body; a chair propulsion member for propelling the emergency escape chair to allow the emergency escape chair to escape to the outside of the vehicle body through an opening area of the emergency opening/closing electric sunroof; a parachute which is deployably provided on the emergency escape chair; a parachute operation button provided on the emergency escape chair to operate the parachute to deploy; an emergency situation sensing unit provided in the emergency escape chair and detecting an emergency situation such as a fire accident as well as a front collision or a side collision; and a controller for controlling the emergency operation module of the emergency opening/closing electric sunroof and the chair propulsion unit based on the detection signal of the emergency situation sensing unit.
