The present invention relates to a development board apparatus and a system for learning Internet of Things for supporting a plurality of users. The plurality of users can input their operation information of the Internet of Things to a learning unit by mounting their learning units in a main body of a development board for the Internet of Things in which the plurality of users are common. 5V or 3.3V power supply can be selected and applied to a main body or interface board of the development board for learning the Internet of Things. A variety of interface boards can be additionally installed in the main body of the development board for learning the Internet of Things, so that output based on the operation information of the Internet of Things can be confirmed in the learning unit.
