The present invention relates to a flange (55) for connecting a double walled pipe (50) to another entity. The flange (55) comprises a radially inner body (60) having a proximal side (61) coupled to the other entity and an opposite distal side (62) connected to the double walled pipe (50). An axial central bore (63) connects the proximal side (61) and the distal side (62). A noncentral opening (64) connects the proximal side (61) and the distal side (62). The proximal side (61) is provided with a first spherical sealing and guiding surface (65) to couple a spherical surface matching the other entity. The first spherical sealing and guiding surface (65) is concentric with the axial bore (63). The distal side (62) is provided with a second spherical sealing and guiding surface (66) concentric with the axial bore (63). The flange also comprises a radially outer body (70) having an axially extending opening (71) through a radially outer body (71). A radially inner annular body (61) is at least partially accommodated in the axially extending opening (71). The axially extending opening (71) forms a third spherical sealing and guiding surface to be coupled to the second spherical sealing and guiding surface (66).
