The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing porous ceramic scaffolds using a freeze casting method and to porous ceramic scaffolds manufactured by the method. More specifically, provided are a method for manufacturing porous ceramic scaffolds of a core shell shape with an outer pore size larger than the size of an inner pore size by manufacturing an inner porous body formed by a freeze casting method and manufacturing an outer porous body formed on the surface of the inner porous body, and the porous ceramic scaffolds manufactured by the method. Therefore, the porous ceramic scaffolds are structurally similar to bone, and since bone active ceramics are used as ceramic powders, high biocompatibility is obtained to smoothly perform cell proliferation, thereby being suitable to be used as a bone support.
