The present invention relates to a method for controlling a flowering time of Fragaria ananassa at the seedling raising stage, comprising a step of irradiating Fragaria ananassa seedlings with light having a wavelength other than white light by combining the number and types of two or more LEDs selected from the group consisting of a red LED, a blue LED, and a white LED. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently control the development of flower bud tissues of Fragaria ananassa at the seedling raising stage.
