The present invention relates to a highly-elastic sponge pad formed in a streamlined or a rectangular, a triangular or an annular shape and impregnated with mixed powder of silver, charcoal, zeolite, and titanium dioxide. The sponge pad is prepared by mixing a silver solution (silver ion water) with mixed powder of charcoal, zeolite, and titanium dioxide (photocatalyst) in a solvent, and then adding a mixture of silver, charcoal, zeolite, and titanium dioxide to pores of the highly-elastic sponge pad. As such, odors emanating from a shoe or a running shoe and a fungus causing tinea pedis and other various fungi can be eliminated due to a sterilization effect of silver and titanium dioxide, odor absorption of charcoal and zeolite and radiation of far-infrared rays and negative ions. An elastic support force of the sponge pad formed in a predetermined shape with strong elasticity can prevent the shoe or the running shoe from deforming, and the sponge pad can be repeatedly inserted into and drawn out from a front surface of an inner side of the shoe. The highly-elastic sponge pad impregnated with a functional mixture having antibacterial, deodorant, and sterilizing effects is inserted into the shoe or the running shoe, that a user took off after work or school and during the night, for a predetermined time, so as to purify the inside of the shoe, and then, is drawn out of the shoe.
