The present invention relates to a method for automatically monitoring end-to-end performance of an end-user and an apparatus performing the same. The method comprises the following steps. An application server receives a performance analysis component. Then, the application server installs the performance analysis component. The performance analysis component may add a monitoring script in response to an application to service a hypertext markup language (HTML) page with a web browser. The monitoring script may collect and provide end-to-end performance monitoring information of an end-user for an event generated in the HTML page.
