The present invention relates to an Internet of things (IoT) based intelligent infection management system and, more specifically, to an IoT based intelligent infection management system to automatically maintain a clean state based on information detected by a detection module disposed in a space requiring maintenance of the clean state and an external environment detection module. According to the present invention, the IoT based intelligent infection management system comprises: a sensor module (11) detecting environmental atmosphere of a controlled space (10); a detection analysis unit (13) analyzing information detected from the sensor module (11); a comparing/setting unit (14) comparing reference index data generated from a reference index data generation unit (14a) with the detection information in accordance with an environment setting standard for the controlled space (10) to generate applicable index data; an integrated management module (30) managing the controlled space (10) to have a predetermined condition in accordance with the applicable index data; an optimal factor selection unit (15) searching for an optimal factor for changing the environment in accordance with the applicable index data; and a cleaning module (12) operated by the optimal factor.
