The present invention relates to an ecological wetland maintenance water supply circulation system using plant filtration, and more particularly, the ecological wetland maintenance water supply circulation system comprises: a plant filtration part purifying inflow water into which aquatic plants are planted; a purification mooring part provided around the plant filtration part so that supplied water spills over and flow in the plant filtration part; and a storage part storing the water purified through the plant filtration part. According to the present invention as described above, water is filtered and stored using the aquatic plants, and by supplying the stored water to a final collecting well, it is possible to purify the water collected to the final collecting well, thereby minimizing subsequent purification processes and improving the working efficiency.
