The present invention relates to a soft ground surface mixing and soil pavement method without heavy metal elution and, more specifically, to a soft ground surface mixing and soil pavement method without heavy metal elution, in which the hydration reaction and activity are enhanced by utilizing the bottom ash discharged from the lower portion of a circulating fluidized bed boiler as a stimulant for the fine particles of the granulated blast furnace slag in order to replace ordinary cement type 1 which is most widely used in the soft ground surface mixing and soil pavement construction. According to the present invention, a soft ground surface mixing and soil pavement method comprises: 1) a step of preparing a solidification agent including the fine particles of the granulated blast furnace slag and the bottom ash of a circulating fluidized bed boiler; 2) a step of adding 5 to 200 parts by weight of the solidification agent to 100 parts by weight of the soil; 3) a step of uniformly mixing the soil and the solidification agent; 4) a step of placing and compacting the mixture of the soil and the solidification agent; and 5) a step of curing the mixture of the soil and the solidification agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
