The present invention relates to a method for synchronizing screen views between clients under a web or cloud environment and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a method for synchronizing screen views between clients under a web or cloud environment and a system thereof, wherein: clients individually render screens and transmit/receive only screen control information to/from each other, whereby the amount of data transmitted through a network can be significantly reduced, the result of a control action can be displayed to a client having control authority without time delay, there are advantages in terms of screen security management, and adaptation to various user client device environments can be easily achieved; and a positioning layer is inserted into a client and screen synchronization between clients is performed on the basis of screen control information received from the positioning layer, whereby synchronization can be more accurately performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
