The present invention relates to a method for estimating a water saturation rate of a tight shale gas reservoir. The method for estimating a water saturation rate of a tight shale gas reservoir according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) acquiring technical analysis data by technically analyzing a core sample; (b) performing density logging and neutron logging with respect to well drilling of the reservoir to acquire density logging data and neutron logging data by depths of the reservoir; (c) calculating clay content in the reservoir using the density logging data and the neutron logging data; (d) calculating a density logging based porosity (DPHI) in the reservoir using the density logging data, calculating a neutron logging based porosity (NPHI) in the reservoir using the neutron logging data, and calculating the final porosity (PHIT) by arithmetically reflecting the neutron logging based porosity to the density logging based porosity; and (e) calculating a water saturation rate of the reservoir using the final porosity.
