Disclosed is a thermoelectric module capable of preventing durability degradation. The thermoelectric module comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate spaced apart from the first substrate in a first direction; a thermoelectric element disposed between the first and second substrates; a first electrode disposed between the thermoelectric element and the first substrate; a second electrode disposed between the thermoelectric element and the second substrate; a barrier layer disposed between the thermoelectric element and the first electrode; and a three-dimensional interface layer disposed between the first electrode and the barrier layer. The three-dimensional interface layer includes an electrode material unit including the same material as the first electrode, having a three-dimensionally connected network structure, and having density gradient along the first direction and a barrier material unit coupled in a reverse phase to the electrode material unit and having density gradient in a direction opposite to the electrode material unit.
