The present invention relates to a system for remotely sensing hazardous air pollutants. More specifically, the present invention provides an optical remote sensing system of hazardous air pollutants and an optical remote sensing method of the hazardous air pollutants using the same. By sensing pollutants in the air in three dimensions, quick response relative to the pollutants can be implemented. In addition, the present invention is able to provide credible information with quantified data.
