The present invention relates to an orthopedic screw capable of implanting a bone healing material, which is formed in an alveolar form so as to be able to inject a bone-reinforcing material into the screw for arm and leg fracture, not a vertebral fracture. The screw capable of being inserted into a fracture area by a driver of the present invention comprises: a driver groove; a body part; a tip; a side injection port through which a fracture healing material can be injected into a side upper end of the body part; and a plurality of taking-out parts provided on the side surface of the body part at predetermined intervals to allow the fracture healing material to be drawn out to the fracture area.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
