A tilting table-type horizontal machining center is disclosed. The horizontal machining center includes: a column structure provided with a pair of columns extending in a first direction and movable in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a vertical conveying member extending along each column; a spindle assembly including a body disposed between the columns so as to extend in a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions, coupled to a spindle head, and movable in the third direction, a saddle surrounding the body, a support member disposed between the body and the saddle and supporting the body, and a spindle housing accommodating the body and the saddle, coupled to the vertical conveying member, and movable in the first direction; a tilting table rotating between a first position positioned so as to be parallel to the axial direction of the spindle head and a second position positioned so as to face the spindle head; and a main frame where the column structure and the tilting table are installed. Sagging of the spindle assembly and thermal deformation of the column structure are prevented.
