The present invention relates to an indoor/outdoor air dispersion apparatus for growth spaces of animals and plants. A damper plate which opens and closes the inside of a main pipe which is vertically constituted, and an upper fan which forms reverse rotation with normal rotation at a lower portion of the damper plate in the main pipe. A dispersion plate having a larger area than a main pipe cross section and an expansion plate having the larger area than the dispersion plate are sequentially spaced apart from the main pipe, and a through hole is formed at the center of the expansion plate. And a circulation pipe including a lower fan is integrated on the bottom surface of the expansion plate. Accordingly, the indoor/outdoor air dispersion apparatus is installed on a roof of the growth space of animals and plants to provide an optimal environment through opening and closing of the damper plate, inflow and outflow of outside air through operation of the upper and lower fans, and internal air circulation inside the growth space.
