The present invention relates to a conversion method of diester-diterpenoid alkaloid and monoester-diterpenoid alkaloid which are deadly poisonous materials contained in Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli into aconine, and a production method of Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli processed goods containing high contents of aconine by using the conversion method. The conversion method of the present invention comprises: a step (a) of absorbing a carbonate compound solution into Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli; and a step (b) of heating the carbonate compound solution-absorbed Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli to the temperature of 100 to 150°C while applying a pressure of 2.0 to 3.0 bars to the carbonate compound solution-absorbed Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli within a reaction container after performing the step (a). A peculiar process method provided by the present invention can convert diester-diterpenoid alkaloid and monoester-diterpenoid alkaloid ingredients contained in Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli into aconine at an almost perfect level while enabling Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli to maintain excellent physical properties in a dried original form thereof (medicinal herb original form) even without performing cumbersome processes of extracting a specific ingredient and inducing a specific chemical reaction for each ingredient. According to the present invention, the conversion method is compared with conventional numerical methods which are effective until diester-diterpenoid alkaloid ingredients are converted into monoester-diterpenoid alkaloid ingredients (particularly, benzoyl aconine). According to the present invention, the conversion method ensures high industrial usability since the conversion method of the present invention can produce Aconiti Tuber or Aconitum carmichaeli (processed goods) containing a high content of aconine which is excellent in pharmacological and safety aspects compared to benzoyl aconine.
