The present invention relates to a method for automatically managing distribution and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the method manages transport and delivery of articles by using tag information of the articles, achieves safe deliver of the articles by requesting security information according to importance of the articles, and loads appropriate articles on a delivery vehicle by using quantity information of the articles and informs a user terminal that the articles are loaded.
