Eco-friendly Composition of Ready Mixed Concrete in capable of reducing Scattering Dust

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly ready-mixed concrete composition capable of reducing scattering dust, wherein the composition is characterized by comprising: 65-80 wt% of an aggregate; 10-27 wt% of a binder; 5-13 wt% of water; and 0.05-3.0 wt% of an admixture. The initial strength reduction due to the decrease of the cement usage amount is reduced, and the scattering dust generated is reduced when the ready-mixed concrete is poured.
