The present invention relates to a line apparatus capable of power distribution line change. According to the present invention, at least one line is formed and buried when burying an external power line to simply operate a switching apparatus to separate an external power line from a connection part and replace the external power line with a normal power line when the external power line needs to be replaced so that a user can easily and stably supply power in a short time. Also, when replacing an external power line with another external power line due to blocking of power supply, the line apparatus uses the switching apparatus to replace the external power line without separating a cover, and lighting the switching apparatus to smoothly replace the external power line.
