The present invention relates to a bus bar assembly of a motor which can compactly compose a bus bar structure of a motor and a size of the motor. The bus bar assembly of a motor comprises: a divided core of a stator having power lines of three phases of U, V and W and a neutral line, and divided so as to sequentially correspond to the three-phases along a circumference direction; a plurality of power bus bars connected to the power line; and a relay winding surrounding the divided core, connected to the neutral line, and forming a neutral point.
