The present invention provides an artificial soil drainage system for landscaping facilities, and comprises: a drainage member for embankment composed of a first embankment water passage member including a rectangular first flow-through plate having a top plate contacts protruding from the first flow-through plate in a tapered column shape and a second embankment water passage member including a rectangular second flow-through plate having a lower plate contact protruding from the second contact plate in the tapered column shape, and having the first flow-through plate and the second flow-through plate spaced from each other and a drain between spaced spaces; an embankment drainage guiding member for embankment including a rectangular drainage guide plate and load support units protruding from one side of the drainage guide plate in a tapered columnar shape, wherein one end thereof is interposed between the first flow-through plate and the second flow-through plate and arranged so as to form a cross shape with the drainage member for embankment, and guiding water impregnated into an embankment unit to the drainage member for embankment side; and a discharge tube extending vertically in the center of a hollow horizontal coupling unit and the horizontal coupling unit. Surface units of a first flow-through member for embankment and a second flow-through member for embankment are water repellent coated by a coating apparatus. Therefore, contamination of an entire drainage system can be prevented.
