The present invention relates to a metal panel constructed by being continuously connected to a roof and interior and exterior walls of a building and a construction method and, more specifically, relates to a metal panel for interior and exterior materials in a building and a construction method for connecting and constructing the metal panel to be continuously connected to a roof and interior and exterior walls of a building. The metal panel comprises: a body plate having the shape similar to a square plate, and having four edges which are cut; a first parallel unit formed to be bent in two continuous sides of the body plate to be parallel with one side surface of the body plate, and having a first insertion space between the body plate and the first parallel unit; a vertical unit formed to be bent in two continuous and opposite sides of the body plate to be erected on one side surface opposite to the body plate, wherein a longer side is slidably cut; and an inclination unit, wherein a longer opposite side of the vertical unit slidably faces one side surface opposite to the body plate to be bent, and having a second insertion space. When continuously the metal panel in a roof and interior and exterior walls of a building, the inclination unit and the first parallel unit are individually inserted into the first and second insertion spaces to enable the body plate to be slidably.
