The present invention relates to a composition for inducing sleep and secretion of serotonin and melatonin, containing rice bran and a Sarcodon aspratus (Berk.) S. Ito extract as active ingredients. According to the present invention, a mixture of rice bran and Sarcodon aspratus (Berk.) S. Ito is effective in secreting serotonin and melatonin, and also improves sleep induction effects, thereby being used in functional foods and drugs.
