A video conference server capable of providing a multi-screen video conference by using a plurality of video conference terminals and a method thereof are disclosed. The video conference server according to the present invention can implement a plurality of conventional video conference terminals (physical terminals) including one or two displays to operate as a logical terminal operating as one video conference point by logically binding the plurality of conventional video conference terminals. The video conference server processes the logical terminal to support a multi-screen through the distribution of an image provided to the plurality of physical terminals constituting the logical terminal and provides a function of recognizing and tracking a target being spoken in the logical terminal.
