The present invention relates to novel microorganism bacillus toyonensis SB19 having growth promotion of leafy vegetables and high temperature tolerance and drought resistance of leafy vegetables, a microbial agent containing the same and a biofertilizer containing the same. The novel microorganism bacillus toyonensis SB19 strain (KACC 81045BP) consists of the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, and has growth promotion of leafy vegetables and high temperature tolerance and drought resistance of leafy vegetables. The present invention provides the novel microorganism bacillus toyonensis SB19, the microbial agent containing the same and the biofertilizer containing the same to overcome a water deficit environment, i.e., a drought condition, and reduce drought damage of plants to promote the growth of leafy vegetables vulnerable to drought in comparison to other crops for cultivating roots or fruits even under a weak drought condition to be effectively used in eco-friendly leafy vegetable production.
