A method for manufacturing a plasma spray coated layer for preventing delamination according to the present invention comprises: a) a step of forming an aluminum lower portion coating layer by plasma melting and spraying aluminum powder on a cast iron base material; b) a step of forming an upper portion coating layer by plasma melting and spraying at least one or two metal powder selected from a fourth group of transition metal on the aluminum lower portion coating layer; and c) a step of stably heat treating the cast iron base material sequentially formed with the aluminum lower portion coating layer and the upper portion coating layer at the temperature equal to or greater than 500°C and less than 700°C.
