The present invention relates to a device for preventing an intake manifold from being frozen to prevent blow-by gas discharged from a crankcase of an engine to flow into a plenum chamber of the intake manifold through a gas inlet from being frozen. The device comprises: a guide member provided in the plenum chamber, and guiding the blow-by gas discharged from the gas inlet to an internal direction of the plenum chamber far from a new air inlet; and a coupling means fixing the guide member to the intake manifold. Therefore, ice is not generated in an entrance into which the blow-by gas flows to prevent the inlet from being blocked by ice formation.
