According to the present invention, a rapid hardening concrete composition for road pavement comprises: 10 to 25 wt% of a rapid hardening binder; 30 to 65 wt% of fine aggregate; 20 to 55 wt% of coarse aggregate; and 2 to 10 wt% of water. The binder comprises: 0.2 to 0.4 part by weight of cement; 0.15 to 0.4 part by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 0.03 to 0.2 part by weight of amorphous calcium aluminate; 0.01 to 0.1 part by weight of powdered resin; 0.01 to 0.15 part by weight of active silica; 0.05 to 0.3 part by weight of anhydrous gypsum; 0.01 to 0.15 part by weight of calcium hydroxide; and 0.005 to 0.05 part by weight of an admixture based on the weight of the binder. The present invention stably forms ettringite at the initial stage of hydration and improves the strength because the hydraulic binder cement and calcium sulfoaluminate are mixed. Calcium sulfoaluminate has the function of regulating a heating temperature and, in combination with cement, promotes the production of ettringite. A gap inside the cement is filled with ettringite to be sealed, thereby increasing initial strength and long-term strength.
