The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric, which dissipates heat generated from an LED by being applied to a circuit board of the LED illumination device, and by absorbing water in a gas phase which can exist in the LED illumination device to remove and/or minimize the water, secures long-term life stability of the LED illumination device, to a circuit board for the LED illumination device containing the same and to the LED illumination device containing the same.
