The present invention relates to a sludge grinding apparatus for a composite contaminated soil purification system, and more specifically, to a sludge grinding apparatus for a composite contaminated soil purification system, capable of simply grinding sludge in a hopper by jetting high-pressure washing water to the inside (lower part) of the hopper of a grit chamber. According to the present invention, the sludge grinding apparatus for a composite contaminated soil purification system comprises: an operation pipe which is joined and mounted to a random position of a transfer pipe for transferring sludge in a hopper of a grit chamber to the next process facility, and which jets high-pressure washing water into the hopper to grind sludge in the hopper; a standby water tank which is capable of storing an appropriate amount of washing water used for sludge grinding using the operation pipe; and a supply line which connects the operation pipe with the standby water tank and provides the washing water stored in the standby water tank to the operation pipe.
