The present invention relates to a method for constructing a thermal bridge blocking apartment house using an insulation panel, the method comprising the steps of: forming a floor; forming an outer wall framework; forming an outer wall frame; forming an inner wall framework; forming an inner wall frame; forming an outer wall body in which an outer insulation material and an inner insulation material are integrated on the inner and outer sides; forming an inner wall body which is not directly connected to but is separated from the outer wall body by an insulation panel; and forming a ceiling. Cooling and heating efficiency can be improved.
