The present invention relates to a simulated grenade for training and a simulated combat system having the same, which can measure the presence of damage and the degree of damage by using MILES. According to one aspect of the present invention, the simulated grenade for training comprises: a housing having an outer shape and having an aperture on one side; a driving switch inserted to be slid with respect to the aperture; a light source connected to the driving switch to generate light; an acoustic wave generator connected to the driving switch to generate acoustic waves; and a timer connected to the driving switch and supplying a current to the light source and acoustic wave generator while having a predetermined delay time.
