The present invention relates to a concrete structure repairing method using eco-friendly inorganic polymer of blast furnace slag and fly ash as a main material and using an alkali activator as a curing agent. According to the concrete structure repairing method, a concrete degradation portion of the concrete structure is removed; rust of reinforcing steel exposed from the concrete degradation portion is removed; repairing mortar is produced by stirring a mixture containing the blast furnace slag, the fly ash, zirconium silica fume, aggregates, the alkali activator, and water; and applying the repairing mortar to the concrete structure. The repairing mortar mixture contains 15-30 parts by weight of the zirconium silica fume with respect to 90-110 parts by weight of the blast furnace slag and 90-110 parts by weight of the fly ash to have 180 mm or more of slump flow of repairing mortar, maintained during a minimum of 40 minutes from a mixing point of the mixture, and to show 40 MPa or more of compression strength at 28 days of curing age. The present invention provides an excellent quality of repairing a concrete structure.
